We collect information you provide directly (account registration, website configuration), information generated by your use of the platform (chat session data, analytics), and technical data (IP addresses, browser type, device type) collected automatically when visitors interact with widgets embedded on your websites.
We use collected information to provide and improve the platform, process chat sessions, generate analytics, send account notifications, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties.
All data is stored in a secured database. Sensitive credentials (API keys, SMTP passwords) are encrypted at rest using AES-256. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We use HTTPS for all data in transit.
The platform integrates with OpenAI to process chat messages. Visitor messages are sent to OpenAI's API as part of the AI response pipeline. Please review OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
The chat widget stores a visitor identifier in browser localStorage to recognize returning visitors. This identifier contains no personally identifiable information. Dashboard sessions use secure, httponly cookies.
Chat sessions and messages are retained indefinitely unless deleted by the account owner. Contact form submissions are retained until deleted. Unverified accounts are automatically deleted after 7 days.
You may access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from your dashboard. To request account deletion, contact your platform administrator.
