By registering for or using ChatSaaS AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You may use the platform only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the platform to transmit spam, illegal content, malware, or content that violates the rights of others. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access due to your failure to safeguard credentials.
By embedding the chat widget on your website, you represent that you have the right to do so and that your use complies with all applicable laws, including notifying your website visitors about data collection as required by GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable regulations.
Responses generated by the AI are based on your knowledge base and OpenAI's models. We make no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated responses. You are responsible for maintaining an accurate knowledge base.
Plan limits are enforced as described on the pricing page. Exceeding limits may result in service interruption. Billing terms are as specified in your subscription plan. Refunds are at the discretion of the platform administrator.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without notice. Upon termination, your access to the platform ceases and data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
